The vest is very stable once the weights are inserted. The seams are strong and of good quality. It provides a supportive feel comparable to a tactical vest.
The added load enhances movement control and contributes to better stability during exercises.

The closest to achieving the stated weight of 20kg in this vest is 19.2kg. Weights for vests are sold separately, actual dimensions of weights are 15cm long 0.7cm thick 2.5cm wide and weigh 200g each, the vest has 32 pockets, fitting 3 weights in each pocket is a very tight fit but you will need 96 weights. Personally i'll never want that amount of weight to go jogging with. Weights can be expensive but i found 24 for £19.99. If like me you've never run with a weighted vest then trust me an extra 5kg is heavy enough to start with or maybe even 2.5kg. Vest is well made and very supportive and velcro straps tighten so vest has no jiggling up and down movement when running and the wide shoulder straps do not dig in, there's definitely a knack to getting into the pre loaded vest if you have no help and if vest is fully loaded then you'll have to literally crawl into the vest as the velcro straps need to be loosely fitted first otherwise you can't reach around to slide straps through buckle
